I bought a kit of five. The first one paired, but only while in range of Bluetooth. Seriously? It dropped the connection entirely after 15 feet in my own home. I’m pretty sure my vision is good enough to spot my keys from a distance of 15 feet. The other four are either completely dead or you can only ever pair one device at a time to the app. Total waste of money. Back to the drawing board. I’d give it negative stars if that were an option.

Useless

Batteries die without warning. Items are NEVER found by the large network they claim they have. My trackr is in the same room in my house and I can trigger the alarm - but the map has shown for the last month that it is at the airport.

Can no longer pair Alexa with my phone

TheCoonSays

Have tried many times to pair Alexa with my phone. Each time followed the instructions, entered the pin, and confirmed that my phone and Alexa were paired successfully. However, once I asked Alexa to tell TrackR to ring my phone, Alexa told me I needed to pair my phone.

Whaasup?!?

The only good thing that’s happened is that the company sent me a ”free” battery (+ $1.99 S&H) when the app informed me that the TrackR Pixel had a low battery. All else is a failure. Devices don’t respond from app. The Pixel won’t ring my phone. The “last seen” dialog box shows a month ago—but it’s a radius since the device didn’t make a sound! Customer support is NEVER available. Chat is NEVER available. Yes, I know that Atero bought the company, but they were supposed to support the product—it’s still available on the market! Disappointed.

It’s okay but the app is fickle

Tularuu

When it works it’s actually great. It accurately pings my items with a strong noise. However many times it’s difficult to get the app to reconnect to the item after I turn Bluetooth off. For the past few months it refuses to connect to one of my items even though the app says it has full battery life. It would probably work better for someone who likes to keep Bluetooth on at all times.

this is a scam

i bought the pack with two of these and neither worked, i then ordered one more and it also didnt work, ive seen countless people with the same issue and no customer support or solution, thankfully i bought a Tile which is way better than this trash.

Yes, these are completely useless. You’re better off losing your item instead of losing your item AND your money.

Piece of junk

Flowrchild

I just bought a three pack of Pixels this month, and it already says I need to replace the battery. I will be returning it to the store ASAP. Guess I will go back to Tile.

Waist of time and money

The device did not work as advertised and gives the customer a false sense of security. It was set up to alert my phone when the device went out of range and it did not. We lost a dog today because I trusted the ap to do what it said it would do. On top of that this app dose not secure the users data properly. If you are thinking of using this product /app do not. Go get something else that actually works.

Register email???

It said it’d send me an email verification... it has not. Device is useless I can login.
