Doesn’t ring phone

Pair successfully, will tell me where it was last seen locally, but won’t ring the phone. Claims it was unpaired even 15 seconds after pairing.

Bought devices to attach to keys maybe used once or twice in testing. I just changed the battery. Very difficult to get the battery cover off and on. Really cheap material. cannot get the device to ring now. cannot start a chat cannot contact help. Says "not available". In the garbage they go. I will purchased tracking devices from from another company.

Either it just doesn’t work, or the instructions are missing something. I go through the installation and it tells me “you are mated, try it”. I try it and it says “you are not mated, do the installation “. Tried several times, same result.

DON’T GET THIS DEVICE PEOPLE! IT IS A SCAM!! IT STEALS INFORMATION ON YOUR PHONE INCLUDING CREDIT CARDS!!!! IF YOU DID GET IT TURN OFF YOUR BLUETOOTH IMMEDIATELY AND DELETE THE APP!!!!!

This product is worthless i got an 8 pack of bravos. They are too quiet, have a very small range, and quite a bit of delay. You basically have to hang out in each room of your house for 5 minutes if your looking for something. That is if the battery hadn’t already died. It has an incredibly short battery life. (1-3 weeks) batteries are sent to you for free, but its an un-wanted hassle to have to constantly maintain something that just doesn’t help. For example, my wallet.. i have it on me right now. Battery shows up as not low or depleted. Yet it not showing up at all. Do NOT waste your money!

Just got three Trackr Pixels as a gift and trying this out. I registered on the app and it said I need to confirm my email (gmail). Makes sense. Except that 15 minutes later, there is still no emails from them (yes, I checked spam). Logged into the app and went to their menu, FAQs section - takes me to non-existing zendesk page. Umm ok. Maybe Menu - Help - “Chat with us” will work? Nope, that’s not working either - “Could not connect”.

After reading the instructions and installing the app and then reading the reviews I decided that I was going to return the trackr because it seems to be more buggy than useful.

I have not lost my keys since I installed trackr on my key ring . I experience so many false alarms throughout the day, I am continually reminded of where my keys are. It works great for eliminating any opportunity to loose an item. It’s noisy. I ultimately had to turn trackr off.

I can’t even get this app to synch with the pixel. It took forever to sign up and register. Spends too much time with the whirling icon of “not done yet.”
