I got the 3 pack. Used the pink one first. Battery lasted 2 weeks TOPS. didn’t use the other 2. Pulled the other 2 out 2 days ago. The purple one’s battery already died. Haven’t tested the blue one yet. Supposed to get 1 free battery for each one a year, every year, for 5 year. App lets me put the battery in my cart but not order. Then says I have TOO many in my cart and I can’t delete them. Tried to “chat” with someone but instead of going to a live person the page keeps loading. Not impressed. Waste of $$$

Then I ordered a three pack of the pixels for my dogs. All of the batteries gave the reorder/ dead battery sign. Replaced batteries, unpaired from Bluetooth, tried to sync with iPhone X with no luck. Very frustrating !!!
Useless if it won’t let you log in

I tried 4 times to set a password. Each time, the password reset process reported a successful password change, but it won’t let me log in with the new password. This app used to work flawlessly until I got a new iPhone. Now it’s useless. Deleting this junk. Update: tried again, and finally got my password reset. I then paired the app with Alexa. According to the app, the pairing was successful, but Alexa says my phone is no longer paired. Retried the pairing process 4 or 5 times, successfully each time. After one attempt, Alexa was able to tell me the last known location of my phone, but it still couldn’t ring it. Total waste of effort. Deleting for good this time.
Can’t load new battery...won’t pair to phone

Awfully hard to load new batteries after trying all the hints and Advanced reset of pixel ,won’t budge...kinda too old to screw around and trying again, etc. Was going to try Bravo but I give up...

Terrible Product

Can’t find a beginning to this terrible product. For starters, I misplaced my wallet and used the app to find it, but the GPS didn’t work. I even made sure the wallet was fully charged, which it was, and yet the App wouldn’t even show a location. I even set the Alert button on my phone to set the noise notification on the wallet to help me find it. But of course, no luck. I ended up finding my wallet by looking for it by hand, which ended up being in the trunk of my car. If the App had worked, I would have found it within minutes. Do not buy these products, they are faulty and do not do the job.
Batteries low

I bought a TrackR Pixel five pack on Friday, today the program indicates the batteries are low. I guess I bought from the wrong company.
Eats batteries, unreliable mapping

Eats up batteries after a couple months and NOT a year of use. Be prepared to have a bunch of batteries on standby. These small batteries aren’t normally stocked in stores. Mapping way, way off. It shows the live location about 20 miles from where I am and connected via Bluetooth. Avoid.
