This could be the worst app I have ever used. The interface is not user friendly, and the registration procedure was more involved than opening your average bank account. The 3 layered authentication to log in... I mean, if someone wants to pay my car bill that bad, they are welcome to. Each time I log in, I am asked for an account number which is only present on my paper bill... which i don't receive since I've opted into paperless billing! Talk about counterintuitive. It's almost like once you get the car off the lot, they no longer care about your experience as a consumer.

I try using the app but I can’t create account. Scan doesn’t work, account number not working.


No face ID?

Logging in to this app is ridiculous. It’s far more “secure” - aka a pain in the butt - than even my bank account or credit card accounts. How long has face ID been a thing now? Not only does this app not have face ID, it still requires some nonsense username - I can’t even access this with my email address. Accessing this app once a month doesn’t help me remember my credentials. Ugh. Come on Toyota. Get with it.


Not user friendly

I do all of my bills online, so I’m no amateur at it. Probably the most infuriating part is that you cannot copy and paste things. I cannot copy my password from my password app, can’t paste the code they emailed me for 2-factor authentication, nothing. I understand trying to make sure that a financial app is secure, but this is obnoxious. It’s making me consider sending them checks instead and I don’t use checks for anything anymore. Awful app. Hire someone who is actually competent to rebuild it for the sake of your customers!


Double payment

I made my auto payment 2 weeks early through the app so that it didn’t get withdrawn on the due date. I called customer service to make sure it wasn’t going to come through and the rep told me it wasn’t going to. It on the due date it still came out of me bank account. Then because I had already made the payment the next payment isn’t due until 2 months later when it should have not come through that month because it was already paid!


Way behind the times

How does Toyota have the most cutting edge tech in their cars but have an app that doesn’t have easy auto pay? Lol I couldn’t believe that. Make paying you easier!


Bad App

Not very good, very clunky. Need verification code to login and App does not send it, checked spam folder and refreshed 100 times. Please fix.


Not working

Over the past couple of days I've had to login through a browser because the app doesn't recognize my username and password. Very frustrating. I also had touch ID enabled and that isn't working either.


This app needs to be reworked

Every time I try and login it tells me my password is wrong, and then if I reset it the password can’t be the same as the old one. So every time I login I have to make a new password.
