If I could leave zero stars, I would. – Toyota Financial Services Review

This could be the worst app I have ever used. The interface is not user friendly, and the registration procedure was more involved than opening your average bank account. The 3 layered authentication to log in... I mean, if someone wants to pay my car bill that bad, they are welcome to. Each time I log in, I am asked for an account number which is only present on my paper bill... which i don't receive since I've opted into paperless billing! Talk about counterintuitive. It's almost like once you get the car off the lot, they no longer care about your experience as a consumer.
