Strange layout setup on my phone

The app is designed well in regards to user interface except one key flaw that prevents me from managing the most important aspect of my car. I cannot easily process payments through the app on my iPhone 12 mini because the swipe to pay feature is too low on the phone! Needs an architectural change to become adjusted to my phone.

The worst app I've ever seen in my life from a financial institution. I recently financed Toyota Rav4, I want to setup recurring payments but it's keep saying "there is something wrong on our end". Can't even make one time payment. It's shame!! Wasn't expecting this from TFS.

Need a better Pick the date to pay on the custom date, mine doesn’t show the day i want to pay until the day before

App comes up and able to login and review dashboard but unable to make payments nor input payment data. Comes back with “Error on our side” with system failure. Able to use their website and make payments. This app needs to be corrected otherwise its useless.

Update: 1-5-22. Toyota please change the interface back to the way it was before. I love Toyota! The July ‘21, version of the app not so much. The previous version was flawless! The main problems I have with the update is the calendar for the reoccurring section. It doesn’t have full access. The second thing is the app doesn’t fit the whole screen. I have a new phone and it worked just fine last month. I opened and closed the app several times with the same results. It’s probably just a bug and will be fixed soon. That’s beside the point. LOL! Once these two things are fixed, I’ll update from 4/5 to 5/5 stars. TOYOTA STRONG!

I hate this stupid app but it’s the only thing I can use to make payment because you guys (Toyota) won’t send me my damm billing statement in the mail!!!!! So F you Toyota app!!!!

I’ve complained about it multiple times and still no fix… I cannot set up reoccurring payments with my phone because I cannot scroll down the window to the “swipe to pay” option when under reoccurring payment category… I also cannot choose the date I wish my payment to be scheduled for, it will not let me click on a day nor can I scroll down to see the remaining days of the month.. which has made using this app for my payments very inconvenient since I have to make sure I open the app the day my payment is due
