Yes, this app is that bad and it’s functionality gets worse with every update. I look forward to paying off this loan so I can close this account and delete this app forever!

Why is this app continuously failing??? I would like to be able to pay my monthly bill quickly on this app. Please fix it

This app is really convenient but it needs some improvements. First you need to be able to pay to principal balance in the app. You have to go to the website. You can make extra payments but it will put the money to future payments and not the principal balance. It’s a bit confusing. Other than that’s it’s good.

Every time I try to log in with the CORRECT credentials, the app says that it “doesn’t exist or it’s incorrect” . They really need to fix it or do something with it to get it up and running again

I’m not sure Toyota understands what Face ID is. Every time I use the app I have to log in with a user name and password even they I have “Use Fave ID” checked.


App crashed

Used the app for a week and it crashed. The app opens up and I can see the Toyota logo on a screen.. That’s it. Nice logo though.


Useless on the go

You might as well just manage your account from your computer. This app, after entering your log in information, has the audacity to ask to for your account number as if you were registering your account for the first time.

This is an example of how not to create an app. The UX is terrible, usability and functionalities available to simply manage payment for my car is even worst. Please just copy one of the FinTech apps and improve customer usability.
