I cannot find a way to customize my payment in this app. Only shows a swipe option for a set amount.
Trying to log in after checking the “remember me” box is a hassle every month. I verified it was me a total of 6 times before I could make a payment.
Was awful trying to pay my bill with the last app, called many times to complain thank you finally for getting this fixed!!!
I was told by SETF that this isn't an app that is issued by their company. I was also told that all of their transactions are made on their official site SETF.com and they do not have/use an app. That means this app is created by an unknown party or subgroup of people.
I have reoccurring payments on, but they never go through, and now thanks to the app I have a past due bill because of the negligence of this app.
Every time I go to make a payment, there’s some time of error message and it often tells me there’s “a system error on their side” I have had to make a payment over the phone more than I’ve been able to make it on the app.
Outside of the current week you can’t select a payment date in the app. Called, emailed, waiting for an update. Going to regular statement billing and pay by bank check. Trying paperless and payment by app for six months now company unable to fix this app.
I signed up for auto pay and when it wasn’t taken out today, I went into the app only to find out that the auto payment won’t start till February. I made the payment but now is a day late. I’m sorry to be late.
