Why all the constant app updates?

Why do I need to update the app every time I make my payment? Is this platform really that insecure?

Not sure if it was a recent update for the IOS or the app itself, but after opening the app with Face ID, the app goes to a blank screen. The app is unusable.

The only reason I need the app and I can never do it. It keeps telling me there’s an error. It used to work, but now it never goes through.

I like to schedule when the payment will be made but the app would not allow me to do it. It would only show the current date. I tried to call the payment in but was told it was too soon to schedule it for the next due date. The customer rep asked if I would like to set it up to automatically be deducted from my checking account. He couldn’t take the info and set it up. Tried to do it on the app but no luck. Would you not think that an app with a rating of 2 would prompt their Technical Services Dept. to work on making the app more user friendly or at least work? And if your scheduled payment due date is on a weekend or holiday, but will not be processed until the next business day, I highly resent being told my payment is past due if I login on the next business day. It was scheduled for the correct date. It is not my fault if Toyota chooses to not process it on the due date. Other places have due dates on weekends or holidays as well but do not list your account as being past due in situations such as this. Please refrain from telling me to schedule it earlier to avoid this. I schedule payment for the due date. Hire IT people who know how to program to avoid this. You might get a rating over 2. Shameful. But.....as you can see nothing will ever be done to correct it. Look at all the other complaints lodged and no change. Don’t waste your time talking to anyone since it is laughable. They said they will pass it on. Comedy Central is missing one of its comedians.

I’m happy with my new Toyota, but be carful with the vendors in the dealership in Madera, CA. They install the Lojack system in the cars and they don't let you know or even make a comment about that device that they installed, you innocently sign the papers and when you realize you already signed for the Lojack that they installed in the car. and you have to pay an approximate amount of $ 1000 for something that you does not even use.

you need to read like 500 pages of policies and agreement everytime you use the app! DO NOT GET IT! update should make it better biit it made it worse! waste of time using this app! UPDATE: 11/06/2020 new app. same result! username and password is good at the TFS site but invalid on the app. ZERO STAR!!!!!!

Easy to use, Face ID login works well

Got my first payment so I downloaded the app and read the reviews. Decided to try anyways and it works great. Face ID is easy, paying is very simple too haven’t encountered any problems at all.
