Every Toyota app I've ever had either doesn't work it eventually stops working… i just got locked out of account using the only password I've ever had then it wouldn't let me resent because in the screen where you input info to reset it wont allow me to enter text!!!

La primera ves me regresaron el pago no se lo cobraron nunk entendí el porque y después que logré hacer el primer pago nunca vi que bajara el saldo y no aparecía que ya estaba pagado solo decía failed
Bad user design, not good for all phones

I have an iPhone SE 2020. It’s not an old phone at all. But the formatting of the buttons and information on the app are all designed for longer phones so sometimes I literally can’t do things on the app because they’re cut off at the bottom and I can’t swipe them up either. I can’t pay, I can’t edit, I change, I can’t schedule. This wasn’t a problem a year ago and was always happy with the app. But some bad changes were made recently and for a few months it’s been hard to actually pay Toyota financial, and it’s the app design’s fault. Please fix.
It can’t be that hard for a Billion $ Company to have a working app.

I’m so tired of the 20 different apps,& constant issues. What is so difficult to have a payment process properly. It’s been months & still doesn’t work. Stop being cheap,& get a proper team to build an app. Christ. Toyota acts as if it’s broke w/ it’s billions.

Just like the dealership I use, this app is the most customer friendly and oriented. So glad I became a Toyota customer.

Since the new update, this app has gone completely down hill. Beyond frustrated with this app is an understatement. Instead of writing a review bashing this app…. Folks, use the actual website.

I love this app. I can make my payments fast and easy. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the bottom slider when confirming a payment. I can only see half of it and it’s almost impossible to slide it

Everything seems to work for the most part however on the add bank screen you cannot hit continue after adding your bank info because it is below the bottom of the viewable screen and the app won’t let you scroll up to hit it.
