I was flagged. What did I even do?!?

I just downloaded the app and started doing a few surveys. I tried to verify my email and It wouldn’t let me. So I sent an email to them explaining what happened and that I was having issues with signing in and verifying my email. They responded saying, that my account was flagged and I can’t use it anymore. They haven’t told me why I was flagged even after me asking. As a first time user I was flagged within minutes of using starting this app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.
Wouldn't log me back in

I really liked this app when I first downloaded, but then it logged me out and wouldn't log me back in. I asked it to send me a reset password email three or four times and it never sent anything. I'm bummed because I really liked the app, but it refuses to let me log in and for that reason I have to give it one star. I can't give stars to an app I can't even get into.

I was taking a 30 minute survey and at the very end it said I didn’t qualify. Also, its locked me out of my account when I was very close to winning a gift card. It’s a scam.

Until yesterday thought this was good survey company. However after using for years I learned that the will deduct points from your account and not send you any type of notice. They expect you to go on their website regularly to “notice “this. If you contact them and ask why removed two days before end of month and ask to have credited back they tell you it cannot be done from a technical standpoint.

Doesn’t work

Downloaded, created an account, then when I attempted to verify my email I got the following error: We are sorry, an error has occurred with your request. It's not you, it's us! Click here to return to our homepage. I went back to the app and am unable to log in despite having the correct credentials.

I hate that all too often one participates in a survey only to get to the submit part only to have the system say it’s not you it’s us. Technical difficulties. That’s bs. This is why I don’t use this as often as I use to. Just ridiculous.
