I wish I could give this app zero stars. I signed up and my birthdate got entered off by one day (due to a slip of the finger). I wrote to their customer service team asking to have it fixed and they ended up suspending my account entirely! They claim it was due to inconsistent info they couldn’t verify. ??? this entire experience was a waste of time. Don’t bother.

After my first use, everything was fine. But a couple hours later I had been logged out of my account. At first I just thought I could sign right back in, but it wouldn’t accept my password EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE RIGHT PASSWORD. So around 11:30PM last night I requested the email to be resent to me, it’s currently 12PM the following day. Still no email. What a terrible app you guys have, you should just be ashamed.

Apps a total scam! Had thousands of credits and got booted off and went to log back in and it says I have an incorrect or wrong email password which I don't cause I screen shotted it when I made my account!!! It will not let me log back in or change my password!!! Threw email or internet browser. SCAM!! And garbage

This app is a waste of time!!!! It never lets you actually finish a survey and the "points" that you can get "rewards" with..don't even try. Doesn't work!!!! This app is CRAP!!!!??

I refuse to tap a star because it's not worthy but I can't express my opinion if I don't SO APPARENTLY IN THE APP STORE UNIVERSE 1 REALLY MEANS ZERO, that means a 2 star rating means 1 star and now the number 5 has become irrelevant. Don't download. Use the web browser version.

I got 4000 points for one of the surveys and when I wanted to get gift it said "your giftie did not became real" and it took my points!!!
