so im not gonna lie i wanted to make money with the points but all of sudden all my points went to 0.

I sat here for over an hour taking a survey and there was a “page error” toward the end. Now I won’t get my points, which is total BS ?

I downloaded the app, started doing surveys, was prompted to verify my email, which I did, but then the app wouldn’t let me log back in. I did the “forgot password” option but was not sent anything by email so I contacted customer service. They told me my account had been flagged, deactivated, goodbye! What kind of customer service is that? I have no idea what I supposedly did wrong and after reading several other poor reviews with the exact same issue, maybe this company needs to flag itself!

i used the app for about 30 minuets until it crashed and logged me out. when i tried to log back in, it wouldn’t work. so i tried to send the “forgot password” thing and it never sent it to my email after trying like ten times. I know my email is valid because it was “taken” when I tried to make a new account. sooo pretty useless

No email confirmation email sent as they said they would. Freezes without a recourse. Worthless like most other similar sites.

Signed up and started doing surveys and then all of a sudden it froze up. I closed the app and tried to log back in but said my login credentials were invalid. I tried doing the “forgot password” and it said it would email me within a few minutes but never did. I tried having it send me an email about five different times but still didn’t get anything. Not in my junk mail folder either. Tried signing up for an account again but says the email address I used is already used. Thought maybe my account had been deleted on accident or something. Apparently not. They have my login credentials but won’t email me. Maybe it’s a scam to get email addresses? What garbage.

You’ll answer 15 questions & then you’re disqualified “looking for a different profile” they should ask the seal the deal question up front. Also, alert won’t match with actual survey. Ex; “15 min 3,000 pts” n it’ll be more like 20-30 mins 1500 points” eh...

It takes entirely too much time to fill out these surveys and then sometimes you’re not chosen after spending a ton of time. Or it freezes or kicks you out in the middle of it. Also you need a lot of points to get anything
