This app rarely loads before crashing. And when it does load, it freezes or crashes before being able to do anything. It's even frozen my entire phone a few times--goes to a black screen and I can't escape or do anything on the phone. Terrible.

I've been successfully doing these surveys consistently for over a month now and what I've seen so far, compared to try he others, is that I'm chosen, 80% of the time, to complete a survey. I've found these surveys to be centered around my profile, most of the time. So it is very important to fill out your profile as best you can and you too will be chosen to take surveys and earns great rewards. Thanks Toluna for the experience thus far. S

I have been using Toluna for over 2 years now. I traded in my points once for a 10.00 iTunes card no problem. Well I have been saving up my points to get a 50.00 amazon gift card. I had enough for a 25.00 dollar gift card but they didn’t have an amazon one. A month ago I notice 9,000 points missing I didn’t really complain thinking maybe they were having problems. Well now I am missing over half of my points. I have contacted them twice and and have yet to to hear back from them. I’m so disappointed because I really had faith that they would fix it after I contacted them. I had planned on using those gift cards for my children and Christmas. Don’t waste your time doing surveys they will just steal your points without any care of how much time you have put into answering surveys for them.

It work half the time and half the time it doesn’t. I’ve taken many surveys and it’s not added any of my point!

I've used this site for several years and enjoy the extra money I get. There are occasional problems but overall it has worked well for me.

I really enjoying doing the surveys and polls. I will have problems a few times but it will normally straighten out. I just feel a few times I was almost done with the survey and it got stuck that I missed out on my points because of that. The only thing you can do when it does that is get out of the app. Over all it is a great website.

Sometimes freezes at inopportune moments

The Toluna app used to work just fine for me, and in most cases it still does. Every now and again, though, I’ll be in the middle or near the end of a survey in the app and it freezes, which means I can’t finish the survey and get credit. It’s pretty obnoxious and maybe I just need to do the surveys in my mobile browser instead, but I shouldn’t have to do that- the app should work and not freeze me out. Oh well

I downloaded this app for the stuff that wasn’t just gift cards. Why'd the other stuff get removed? It’s not worth using anymore.

Bad gift card code..crooks

I literally used this app for months. I was finally able to cash out for a $10 toysrus gift card. I had to wait a couple of months to get the code. When I finally got the code I went online to use my gift card and they send me a code that wouldn’t work. These guys are crooks. They would not respond to my emails. Google reviews people. I’m not the only one!
