Hard to do surveys

I don’t think doing surveys on this app works that great because when I try to flip my iPad to landscape, it doesn’t work. Some surveys cannot be done on the app with an iPad. I also have noticed that a lot of the polls are repeating themselves. It would be nice if after you vote, you don’t see that poll card anymore.

Huge problem with this app

I don’t understand, why I get emails on a computer. And it tells me to download this app. This does not work at all. I’ve tried it several times, and it says this app has not been set up yet. So I believe half these other people that this is false. Only one person says it’s OK if there’s one person saying it’s OK they must be having a better blessing than all of us. Which means it’s working for that person only. So you know what I’m not going to download this app at all matter fact I have it in my emails at the library, and I’m dead and I’m going to opt out of that one as well. Because it won’t let me do any surveys. I thought it was going to work for me. But it does not this is from JJ. So until you get this app fixed I’m deleting it out of my Surveys. And I’m not gonna put it on my phone no more. I believe this is false. But if it wasn’t I’d use it. So until then this app is going bye-bye I’m deleting it I’m not going to think of it. I do other surveys on other apps and it works wonderful. This is JJ

I used this app once before and I’m quickly remembering why I deleted it! Surveys often don’t load and when they do they’re no longer available. I understand that there can be pre-screening and the reason why but it’s ridiculous. I almost never qualify. Some of the pre-screening takes forever only to find out you don’t qualify. I spent at least 10 minutes the other day thinking I was actually doing the survey. I answered a lot of very detailed questions and was very upset to find out I didn’t qualify. That’s a lot of time wasted for nothing. It will take forever to accumulate enough points to get rewarded. I joined because I heard they offer product testing n videos. I have yet to see any of that. Often when I do the quick 15 point questions my points don’t add on. I want to like this app but I just don’t...

Don’t sign up and waste your time as you will keep on taking surveys and they will terminate them in the middle or u won’t get any points. It’s useless

The app (and website) won’t even let me log in. I tried registering, but it said my email was already linked to an account. I tried having it send me an email several times and I’ve never heard back. It’s been about 2 months now...

I’d give this app 5 stars if they would let me log in. I’ve tried about a dozen times today and it won’t let me. I tried to reset my password 10 times and I have received no email. I’d like to use the app, but I have not heard back from their “support” team. I even tried making a new account t and it said that my account could not be created. Guys... if you would just make it more user friendly to log in, reset password, and even talk a little bit with your fans, you’d be getting different reviews...

I love doing the surveys and the polls. Well actually they have several different ways you can earn points for gift cards I earned a 10.00 Overstock card and I am already on my way on earning another. I do love this site

A complete waste of time

I’ve taken at least 15 surveys and not a single one of them made it to completion. Well over a couple hours of time wasted for them to just crash or redirect back to home. The app has small questions that are worth around 15 points but when you look at the point system it takes 30,000 points to get a $15 gift card. The sheer amount of time you would have to spend on surveys would never be remotely compensated.

Many surveys not optimized for mobile

Many of the surveys do not display correctly and are difficult to complete simply because they were written with only a desktop computer in mind - not a tablet or smart phone. Some surveys ask you to rotate device for landscape view but app does not currently support rotation. Some surveys will simply reject your opinion simply because of using a mobile or iOS device. And some surveys are bugged - after many questions, you cannot complete the survey due to some mistake in how the survey was coded by the writer! So I often feel like I am just wasting my time with this when I could be doing something more productive...
