After hours of surveys to try to get enough points for a gift card they deactivate my account.... some lame misconduct line. Plus they gather information from surveys and kick you out before you can get points. SCAM

This app is a joke. Won't work on my iPhone 7. Can't get to where I can even take a survey. Just won't let me click on it??? Deleting.

One of the perks of Toluca is opportunity to win little prizes. I won a Yahtzee game on July 7 2017 and was to receive it in 2-3 weeks. It is now August 16. No game. I have written 3 emails with NO response. No integrity here. Don't waste your time

It works great at first, however after just a few times, now all I get is errors!

I downloaded this app about a week ago. At first I did a few surveys and it was fine. Then some of them started freezing up on me and when I tried to go back in, I would get error messages that say "You have reached this page in error". It was annoying but slightly tolerable because some surveys were still working. But ever since yesterday EVERY SINGLE SURVEY I try to take freezes (usually shortly after I fill out the qualification questions and am told I qualify) and WILL NOT let me back in. I just keep getting that same error message. Yes, this is every survey doing it now so Toluna is now essentially useless to me. If this isn't fixed in the next few days this app is going bye bye.

I am a big fan of Toluna. I have used the website for a couple weeks and have received over $20 in gift cards. I downloaded the app because I would get an additional 500 points per survey. The app works sometimes, but other times it completely freezes and I can't use it! Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon
Fun app but a lot of problems

It's set to look like it's for a desktop computer not an iPhone. It doesn't all fit in one screen. You have to scroll side to side.
