Terrible, do not waste your time

This app is extremely glitchy and riddled with bugs. It fails to load content and the ui is awful. Why? it’s 2019 there is no reason an app this bad should be in the App Store. Apple please remove this dumpster fire of an app.

I always get an email to take this survey. Open it up, survey takes 20 mins but I spend 10 mins answering questions just to find out I don’t qualify and I don’t get any points for the time.. useless app. Waste of time!

Takes forever to earn rewards and the survey cards they give you they won’t credit you for all of them.

Never got gift card

I saved up enough points to get two gift cards and submitted my info a few months ago. I never received the gift cards. I logged in thinking maybe it didn’t go through, but my current points reflect me “cashing in.” It took awhile to get those points and I’m very disappointed that Toluna couldn’t uphold their end of the deal.

Downloaded the app and went to sign up. Filled out all the fields to get going, and it gave me an error message about an unknown error and won’t complete sign up. Bummer!

How exactly do you get points? There’s questions on the app and once you answer, which way do you swipe to get points? I’m so confused! I’ve had 500 points forever and there are no instructions. Does anyone know how to do this?

App needs some modifications.

While I did receive an award after taking surveys, a lot of the surveys either A) froze on me or B) never gave me my points after completing them. The app is buggy- it tends to freeze when attempting to scroll through surveys and I have to close the app and start it back up again. It’s a nuisance, so I tend to stick to the desktop version when I can.

Did enough surveys to be able to cash out on a small price. Waited n waited. Low and behold, my transaction had been cancelled without any notice, no email explaining why. So I tried again, picked a different gift card. Same thing, again. Contacted them, no reply. So really, took my time on all these surveys for free. Scammers.
