My rewards aren’t syncing from the website into the app, which was my entire purpose of downloading.


Glitchy and won’t allow me to make a payment

There are a lot of glitches in this app. The one that drives me particularly crazy is the inability to scroll down on the payment screen to “submit payment”. Every time I try to scroll down to click the button I get bounced back up. I needed to go to the mobile site to actually submit payment.

Frozen all the time!!!!

Can’t pay bill

Can’t even pay my bill - the only reason i got the app in the first place. I log in and it takes me NOWHERE. Just a blank white screen. I hit the back button, it makes me log in again, then takes me nowhere again. No surprise, seeing as it has a 2.2/5 rating

Doesn’t work to set up an account or accept account information. Double pop up sign in screen. Can’t create a new account from front screen. Glitchy.

This app is so poorly designed it doesn’t even recognize my existing username and password that I have been using for years using desktop version. Highly believe it is easy for hackers to crack the access too, removed it

On the app when trying to register new card, it won’t let me go all the way down to click on it.

I am able to login from the website on both my phone and computer obviously because I’m a card holder, however this stupid app never recognizes my user id nor pass. Even talked to customer service and she said, well I see that you ARE logged in. I said, “yeah duh on my computer, that’s not been the issue, it’s the APP”. Anyhow, reset passes several times...never worked! What a waste of time, makes me want to cancel my credit card especially the amount of money I spend at this store!
