What’s the point? App page prevents card registration

Just installed the app despite low reviews hoping to set up payments for my TJM card thru the app. While the app offers an option to register & link a credit card, I could see the option but not select it - the page won’t scroll down far enough to allow selection. This suggests the app was designed without planning for use on different phone/screen sizes. When making payments becomes a pita, I use that card less, kwim?
Useless digital card feature

Went to shop and forgot the card so was told to set up digital card which I did but 2 times I went shopping after that. The digital card Never works Manager in the store also was useless.

Literally every single function on app does not work. I tried placing multiple orders and not one would go through. It was beyond difficult to get any item to go in cart, use search or even choose from the category. Also, continuously would crash. Ended up having to use actual website from a desk top. Super frustrating!!!!
Search is frustrating

I’ve tried searching for brands in the search bar but they don’t come up with results when they obviously have a lot of these brands coming up in results after clicking on category tabs like clearance/shoes/etc.

As soon as I open this app a login page pops up twice. If you were to close out of the login app it will just consistently pop back up. Don’t have a login? It’s cool-this app will not allow you to make one. Oh well! I guess it’s time to look at products from any other company! ??♂️
Don’t want to shop! Just pay with my card or pay with Rewards or pay off my balance

Horrible, will probably delete this. I don’t want the app to shop from their online stores. I JUST want the app for my credit card functions. Like my AmEx app. Like my Costco Citi App. (I don’t shop Costco.Com from my Costco credit card app) I want to use this app while I’m in the store, do needs to be quick access. To pay at checkout. To use my Reward dollars to pay.
Most Frustrating Experience

Really torture to use this app. It’s just bad. So hard to navigate, so many ‘features’ to sign up for and using or redeeming rewards is also terrible. It’s very rare that I want simple paper rewards in the mail, but this app makes me want to go back to the days of cave paintings to escape this whole experience with T.J.Maxx and their credit card / app.

Unable to manage my credit card. I had to reset my password yet still wasn’t able to access it. If you really care about yr customers, fix it quick
