Why the developer still have not fixed the login issue? Login 10 times 9 times or 10 times failed. Same as Marshall App.

I love this store but the app is terrible. Needs major improvement. Hard to maneuver around. The filter options and product selection needs work. Most of the time the buttons freeze and don’t work.
Digital card

I got a new replacement card and now digital card doesn’t work (verification page (zip code and Ssn) comes up every time then same error message that it is not able to retrieve the digital card). Can’t even access it to update card information. Called many times and got passed/transferred to several people that I had to reveries and explain situation - no result. I hung up after the 3rd person transferred me to the main option. What a complete waste of time.
Favorites doesn’t work

App doesn’t save my favorites. My workaround is adding products to the cart and marking them save for later. Please fix favorites!

For some reason I can’t log into my tjx account through the app but it works perfectly fine on safari, etc

This is the first review I have ever written. The first 3 customer service agents that I spoke to were completely RUDE and not at all helpful! I called because I tried ALL suggestions to resolve my problem and nothing worked. Believe me, I would not ever call your customer service unless absolutely necessary. I finally spoke with Jenna on my 4th try and although she wasn’t able to resolve my issue she gave me an option to try and a case number so that I could follow up and hopefully the technical support department will be able to help me. All I was trying to do is PAY YOU! Just a travesty that people that work for you aren’t trained to be kind to your customers and we are made to feel like we are a bother and a problem to talk to.

I really think they should have a barcode scanner included with the app Because they don’t have a price checkers in the store!
