Password doesn’t work

Is so frustrating that my password is not working in the app. To make a payment I have to go to external website in order to pay my credit card. Please fix it!

While a lot of people complain that you cannot search by brand, that is part of the fun and allure of this site. Search for what item and size, and you can see the brands that way.

The app doesn't even let you log in anymore to pay your credit card bill. It's practically a useless app now.

So, I’m able to show my card, off the app, to the TJ Maxx sales associate. But, he stated he can’t key in it as per instructions on the app. He insisted there needs to be a bar code for him to scan. This app is not very convenient as I do not like to carry store credit cards with me.

Due to ALL of the bad reviews I’m not even gonna mess with it! Y’all should really fix all of these if you so call cares about your costumers! Very sad! It’s 2019 these things should not be such a hard problem. Maybe some new Programers would help! Oh it’s also called delete your app!
Shopping is not a pleasure

This app and card are horrible! Just spent forever in line trying to get someone to figure out how to key in my card only to be told they couldn’t take it! Insane.
Will not open “pay bill”

I deleted and re downloaded the app. It took 3 times to accept my password, that WAS correct, and every time I get to the section to make a payment on my card... it won’t open. I’ve tried several times. Not user friendly. Not comfortable adding any payment information, sketchy.

It was telling me my password/username was wrong and even after I reset it, it was still wrong. Had so many issues with having a credit card from here I’m about to just cancel it.

I am so sick and tired of websites that do not use the accessibility feature for their websites. I will not be using this app. Very disappointing
