App crashes when you click on certificates

This app is horribly dysfunctional. It crashes every time I click certificates.

Certificate/Gift Card feature needs works.

Downloaded the app because I am forever forgetting my rewards certificates at home. Problem is, the app crashes every time I try to access the feature (it seems others have had this issue, as well). Can’t add new certificates or access my old ones. A fix for this would definitely improve this app in my eyes.

Not letting me sign in..

I already had an email address but won’t let me put it in to sign in. I tried the ‘forgot password’ and says a link has been sent but nothing ever comes...ch coed trash and junk in case maybe it went there but nothing. I still get the TJ Max emails so I know I’m not crazy! Lol

2 separate accounts?

Why would I create a separate account for this app when I already have an account on the website? If they can’t interface this app is entirely pointless...I want my information from the website to cross over to the app. I’m not creating a second account and basically starting from scratch shopping. No thank you - deleting now!!

Problematic in-store paying with gift cards saved on the app

I have had problems with paying in-store using gift cards on the TJ Maxx app. Generally speaking, it seems like staff aren’t entirely comfortable taking payment from gift cards you have saved on your account on the TJ Maxx app. If they are going to have this feature on the TJ Maxx app then they should train their staff accordingly to be comfortable taking payments from the app in store, or do away with the feature entirely.

Invalid password or email

I see I'm not the only one with the same issues. Going on the actual site I can login perfectly, pay off bill, shop. But some reason using the app for couple of weeks regularly it has now suddenly forgotten my saved info, and every time I try to login it says invalid email or password which is a lie. If you seriously want people to use T.J.Maxx online you need to seriously put more development into tho app! Super disappointed in you guys, my favorite store and I can't even get to use it properly!

I know I have the right sign in. Not even an email reply to reset password...no one to contact all my rewards are now trapped in this app! Please fix

This particular shopping experience I was looking for luggage and totes as well as a handbag as I’m going on a trip soon and need every manner of bag. When going into the ‘handbag’ section all I was given was luggage. Which I suppose in my instance was helpful. But then if I search ‘bag’ I get all the purses and duffles I was also looking for. And while going through them I came across several hip bags. With that phrase ‘hip bag’ in the title. I wanted to do a search specifically for that style and yet when I search ‘hip bag’ verbatim nothing comes up but disposable paper easter bunny bags. Seems kind of off when I literally saw something labeled hip bag. It’s very frustrating and I don’t want to use the app because of it. How can I shop if I can’t search?
