Bags and errors

MichelTib

The app works very bad, a lot of bags and errors during the navigation. I order some staff and put all the addresses in right mode, and the shipper send back the staff, because they didn’t receive the whole address...very sad

Worst app ever

mlodrini

This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use to try to pay a credit card online. And the customer service is not that much better. Every month I have had to reset password to log in and 30 minutes just trying to pay my bill. So frustrating. Makes me want to pay the card off and cut it up!

Not worth having

1. Why do I need another set of credentials for this app? I already have credentials for TJ Maxx rewards. You need to improve your IDM. 2. If I use a digital rewards certificate, I have to manually delete it? It should just disappear automatically when it’s been redeemed, and there isn’t a delete or mark as redeemed option inside the certificate, so you just have to hope you picked the right one from the list. Not user friendly at all. 3. I shouldn’t need to carry my TJ Maxx CC on me if I have this app, but it doesn’t do that either. Seriously, what is the point of this app? Your developers need to rework this.

Can’t access my account

gen.yvonne

Tried multiple times to log into my rewards account without any luck. I also sent in for a password reset request twice, despite being certain I had the correct password. When I never received an email to change my password I just tried logging on to the mobile site on my phone (yes I was on the rewards site, not to the credit card payment site) and had no problems logging in and using the password I’d been trying to use all along. No idea how the app and the Rewards website are not linked. This was all I was planning to use the app for so it’s of no use to me.

Worst app!

I’ve add an online account for over a year and every time I try to login into the account to use my rewards, it says the information is wrong. However, I can login online and I can login to the credit card part of the app just not the rewards part. It is one of the worst online platforms that I’ve used.

Frustrating. Pointless app.

Pinkdew24

I can’t upload my rewards to the app. I didn’t have my TJ Maxx card with me today, but I had it on my app. I showed the cashier my ID and my card on my app. She wouldn’t let me use it because it didn’t have the scan bar. She said “it didn’t look right”. There is no scan bar for the card on the app. Really frustrating.

Most confusing app

I have never dealt with a site with so many logins and conflicting directives. The digital rewards system should be on the credit card login. Extremely disjointed

$9 for shipping?

wethejordan

Was so excited to see that tj max had an app. Was about to place an order until it cost me an extra $9 for shipping? That's a high inflation for shipping one pair of pants and really is upsetting. I actually went to amazon and found them instead

Terrible!!

An endless loop of signing in to app. Touch ID doesn’t work and the app always says there is an error with incorrect login information. Very frustrating!!!! And unusable

Horrible

I’m not sure if this is a review of the app or TJ Maxx online arrives in general. There is no customer service for the app or website IT. They do provide a phone number to call for customer service, maybe they have IT assistance there but I don’t want to call and use time to address that issue, I have more important things to do. My main problem is that the app and website say that I have the wrong password when I login. I write my password down so I don’t forget. I have to reset my password EVERYTIME I login on the first try, EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter what method I use: phone, computer, app. I’ve just resigned myself to the fact that this is the way I have to access my account. I don’t know what this company is doing with everyone’s fees but it’s not paying for IT.
