Cannot Access Card, Poor Customer Service

This app is impossible to use. You’re supposed to be able to link your TJ Maxx MasterCard to the app (which is basically the appeal of the app - being able to pull up your account when you’re in the store and use your rewards, etc.) but the app is so faulty and full of glitches, I cannot even get through the process of linking my card. It gets stuck at the part where it’s supposed to send an activation code to my phone, and it NEVER SENDS THE CODE!! I have tried countless times, and they have my correct phone number. Customer Service is no help and transfers me to a line that never picks up and doesn’t have live representatives. The app is useless, and so glitchy I worry whether it’s even secure.

I just want to find my certificated rewards, so hard to find . I found it once, then I can’t find it anymore. Age 27, not 72 who don’t know how to use app
Prices are exaggerated

Anything in the app is not what is it the prices in a real store or the items really. They sell Gucci bags? Watches? For 3k and even a little decoration items that you would find in the store for 5-10 bucks are at lest $50 online. Absolutely nothing similar to the actual store

Why should I have to enter my gift cards at checkout when they’re already stored on the app. Nobody wants to enter that long code for each gift card. We should automatically be able to have a choice to use them at checkout. Takes forever to load up the gift card section and there’s no way to copy and paste at checkout. It’s not that hard to add that option at checkout. So annoying??

I don’t see the point of this app. You have to create another separate password/ set of credentials. You can’t even access your rewards.. you need to manually enter it which is more of a hassle then just printing the paper certificates or scanning from your email. Complete waste of time.. don’t download.
