Can’t login

jnelleamber

It’s been months and every time I try to login to view my rewards or pay it keeps telling me it can’t process my request at this time and to try again later. Very frustrating!!

Just don’t.

If you’re getting this app in order to make CC payments, don’t waste your time. Probably the least maneuverable app I’ve ever used. I was unable to register my cc because the page won’t allow me to scroll and confirm it’s entry. Deleting.

The worst

cici00778

This app is the worst app ever. Freezes all the time doesn’t provide my rewards. Logs me out every time. I’m at the store trying to use it won’t load etc. Pls fix or get rid of it. Useless.

Terrible

Can’t scroll to resister.

Lacking Filter Categories

Vidalife

There are thousands of items within ‘Women’ category. But only 3 filter categories; size, color, price. Please expand sort categories, otherwise- it takes hours to see for example, ‘Tops’ mixed- in with everything else.

Search function useless

piqqers8

Can’t search for certain brands, which makes the app useless to me. When you try to search by a specific “luxury” brand, a note appears telling you some brands are unavailable to search and that you need to browse through their items to find what you’re looking for. There are thousands of items, who has time for that when there are plenty of other discount designer outlets / apps that do let you search by brand? Not me.

Worst app I have

Oakley1922

No way of looking at today’s arrivals from the home screen. Half the time the app doesn’t even work.

Waste of space

Ky_Ro4

I have never once been able to log in to my rewards/credit card account through this app. It never works. So frustrating!

Delete rewards needs certificate # prompt

Elemennop

Please provide the certificate number when deleting. Having to scroll through and try to remember which certificate has been selected and hoping it’s the right one when the process “cannot be undone” is not an effective process. Likewise, after depleting a certificate, it would be good to have a prompt to delete that certificate rather than keep it to clog up the app and confuse things.
