No more words. It's definitely better than other fee collectors though ticket price might be a little higher in some ways. Still can find good deals!
Never got tickets!

I called three hours before the game because my tickets still hadn't been transferred and was told the seller could not fulfill my order. THREE HOURS!!! No call.... No email.... NOTHING. I ended up buying new tickets that cost me FOUR TIMES THE PRICE. I will never do business with tickpick again.
They ripped me off

I paid over $109 to see frozen jr. two tickets. I get their and they are selling tickets for $12. Which mean I should have only paid $24. Never again will I use this app.

It was easy booking tickets. Of course, I didn’t know EXACTLY where I was sitting until I got my tickets, but I was able to see which row I would be sitting in. What I love most was that I’m able to make payments overtime on costly tickets. I was able to see Legendary Chris Tucker front row!! What an experience!
Obstructed view!

Bought 3 Tickets in section 201 Row 14 seats 1-3, when I got to the seats I saw that seat 1 was in a obstructed view and couldn’t see The right side of the court, seller did not describe that this view would be obstructed up arrival

Didn’t get the tickets I bought and the best I was offered from customer service was the difference between the awesome 100 level tickets we found and badly priced 200 level tickets. They also added a $10 refund which didn’t even make up for the transportation. All in all, horrible experience, was late for the game trying to figure it out and next time I’ll 100% use a reputable site like seat geek even if I have to pay a few dollars more. DON’T FALL FOR THIS AWFUL APP.

Tixs with no Fees but be careful what you buy!! Once you click purchase they will not refund your money even if you made an hostess mistake!! Their website can be deceiving as they list the home team first!!
