I placed my first order yesterday and I didn’t receive my tickets because I entered an incorrect address. I didn’t know what was wrong but the customer service answered my email in minutes and was able to determine the problem and resolve in very quickly. I was really impressed with the customer service rep Melody. I’m excited to have found a site that doesn’t rip you off and provides top notch customer service!!

Tried this app last night for a Dallas Stars game and saved $24 on fees! I am so sick of paying Ticketmaster or Stubhub’s ridiculous overpriced fees. For the exact same tickets thru this app was $52 as opposed to $76 thru Stubhub. Never again! This app rocks and is a game changer when it comes to getting tickets to events that I want to attend. Thanks TickPick! I will make sure to share this with everyone I know!

Tickets are not cheaper. They are the same price as everywhere else just with the “hidden fees” already included. Save yourself the time.

The app was very helpful and easy to use. You could either pick price, best deal or best seats! So it helped me make the decision of how much I could spend and still get good seats! Looking forward to this event!!!??
