Aside from the countless attempts calling your “24 hour emergency number” and emailing your support account and only getting automated responses back. The way TickPick has handled customer service during COVID-19 is absolutely uncalled for and disgusting. It’s been harder than pulling teeth to get my money back from a game that never happened the last week of March. The seller never fully transferred the tickets which makes it impossible for me to get to my order screen to request a refund and they sent out time sensitive emails if you don’t go to the order detail page that they will KEEP YOUR MONEY AND ISSUE A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT. If I end up getting a credit on my account after over 10 attempts to get my money back I am planning a class action law suit against tick pick. I used to rant about this app now I tell people to avoid it because if there’s cancellations or something happens to the event it’s an absolute nightmare.

The email y’all (TM) sent says my tickets have been transferred, but when I click on transfer tickets it gives me an error Msg .. and says my tickets have been excepted and sent to a different email . Well it wasn’t my email .. y’all need to help me with this matter .. the concert is now postponed but I can’t go any other time so give me a refund .. you want me to get ahold of the seller but how do I do that? Not to happy with TM right now I have $200.00 + dollars on these tickets

I can’t believe this app still hasn’t given refunds for tickets for all these sports/events! I bought tickets for an event in April, it didn’t happen because of covid-19 & to this day I still haven’t received an email about the refund process or any email at all for that matter! I will never use this app again

Super disappointed with the lack of communication from Tick Pick. I will never trust them with a purchase EVER again! Give me my money back. Hockey from March is certainly cancelled.
