The ability to receive tickets is beyond frustrating. Go to this app download this app go back to this app. I have never had such a difficult time on any ticket site. Calling customer service is a joke. Luckily the event I purchased was postponed so I have another year now to try and figure it out

Had nothing but problems. It’s been 2 months now, event was supposed to happen today... still no refund, no communication, and all around just awful to deal with... don’t waste your time with this company!!!

So even though ALL the other ticket venders are refunding cancelled events, tickpick has chosen to go shady. It is listing everything TBD instead of canceled so it can get out of losing money when there’s clearly no intention rescheduling. Pathetic.
