Have tried repeatedly to get Lauren Daigle to give refund.In Nov. 2019, I purchased 3 floor seats for Sat April 24th in Kent, WA.for almost $900.00. Two of us was flying from New Orleans to Seattle and one is a dentist and could only go on Sat. We wanted my Seattle daughter to go to introduce her to God and hoped that it worked because she was going with her mother and sister flying from New Orleans non stop to Seattle on non refundable tickets so lost $1,000. Tickets were changed to Aug 3rd, a weekday, causing my daughter to not be able to go.Every venue, including Mercy Me and other Christian groups gave refunds immediately and all did, except Lauren. Then it was changed again to May 2021 on another weekday,which caused us not to be able to go to Seattle again because it wasn’t a weekend and I don’t have anyone else to go and don’t want to pay for airline tickets again. We have bought Platinum tickets in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and even Lafayette, LA her hometown. Plus VIP passes, mountains of CDs and dozens of shirts. My daughter even did volunteer work in Lafayette.My daughter spent quite a large sum and sang in NYC with Lauren at Carnegie Hall. I think that is absolutely unfair trade practices and I’m very disappointed. I have contacted everyone possible but don’t seem to be able to find the correct person. After 11/2 years of having my payment and using postponing as an excuse, that is not right. I even see new concert tickets scheduled in our home town and one would think we could be offered that if not my refund. Thanks, Donna Caillet Baton Rouge,LA Considering Lauren is supposed to be a Christian, this is totally unfair to lose the tickets as well as 2 airline tickets from Louisiana to Seattle.The 2 rescheduled isn’t even for Sat. like the original tickets were for and I’m not going to buy more airline tickets plus I have no one to use them. Every venue cancelled long ago, all except Lauren. Perhaps she didn’t expect anyone would fly that far from her hometown to show her support.Just the fact of someone keeping your money for one and a half years is ludicrous. That’s shows a sense of greed, unlike the other Christian entertainers and unfair business practices. She’s coming back to Baton Rouge next year and I will make sure local people think twice before buying these expensive tickets. This policy will come back to haunt her, because this is not the Christian way to do business.

I’ve been searching for tickets to The Eagles in Dallas for my folks. The prices have been somewhat affordable – that is, until you go to check out and the service is charging $180-$420 in fees. That’s unbelievable. Then I found TickPick. I should have been buying through it a long time ago. I got the tickets that I was looking for AND paid exactly the price listed. Over the past 6 months to a year, the prices on this app have been considerably MORE than going through Ticketmaster or One nations direct site. I used to get all my event tickets through the app, now, I save money by getting them directly from the venue... even with all the crazy fees they charge on top of the ticket price. I’ve sent a lot of people to this site in the past so I am a little disappointed.

Good app, just be careful with screenshots.

I’ve reported about MLB tickets here and got ahold of TickPick customer service the night before the game. Customer Support fixed the problem and got me my ticket through the MLB Ballpark app. It was great to know my tickets were safe and sound then and know they weren’t a rip off.

Please fix issues with credit card entry. Would not scan and basically had to guess where info went because there was no header in each entry point. Lost tickets because it took so long to update payment info.
