Cancelled event, tickpick added funds to my account instead of refunding my credit card. I bought tickets for everyone in my group so they want their money back and now I have no way of paying them because I’m stuck with 350+ dollars in “credit”. Don’t trust this company

It’s been over 30 days since my “initial” email stating I would be refunded for my NBA tickets. Still nothing even though I’m still sent promotions to buy more tickets. When asked when I’ll get my refund I’m told “I’m unable to provide an exact date”.

If I can rate this app 0 out 5stars I would this app closed on me and charged me 2 tickets when I only purchased 1. I called their member service to have them fix their mistake they made and they told their was nothing they could do and call my bank. I called my bank and they took care of me. If anybody told me if they would recommend this app I would tell them F$&@ NO they are thief’s trying to take your money.
