I tried Stubhub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, NBA.com Etc. All of those quoted astronomical fees, so when I downloaded TickPick I expected nothing less than the same to occur. However, the fees, if any, are the lowest around. In fact, I compared the price to the other quotes and Tickpick was awesome. I went to the Pacers/Cavs game and everything went smoothly. Printed out tickets and entered venue with no problems. Excellent excellent excellent. I have no complaints. I might add, if you don't already know, the venue releases the tickets about 3 days before the event, so don't expect to get a link link to download your tickets before then. I did call to check on my tickets and customer service responded right away and within 10mins I had my link to download tickets. Excellent customer service keep up the good work. I will use tick pick from now on, they can't be beat!!!

ordered baseball tickets a little less than an hour before the game, and got them within 15 minutes. i don’t believe other sites sell tix that late. cheaper too!

I wanted to take a friend to see Jersey Boys in NYC but wanted to get good seats. I only had 10 days to get the best seats at the best price. After researching many resale sites, found Tickpick and made a great choice. 6 rows from the stage at a very reasonable resale price shipped and in my hands 2 days after the purchase. Jersey Boys on Broadway was terrific and Tickpick was the way to go. Kudos to Tickpick. I will be back for more great seats!

I bought two tickets for a MLB game and when I got to the gates I was told they have already been used. Not only did I lose out on $40 because I didn't get to go to the game, I looked like a complete idiot in front of everyone.

Tickets are cheaper and love how they offer the tickets to be scannable from the app. It makes it easy if u buy last minute tickets.
Print function not working.

I like the app and was very happy with my purchase. I tried to print my tickets but was unable. Why have a "print" button if you can't print?!
