This is not an official ticketing program, you are basically buying event tickets through eBay. You have no recourse to resolve issues if you don’t receive the tickets in the mail or anything. Basically you are buying from individuals who bought tickets and can’t attend or changed plans ~scalping at fair market value? Our Story: We bought tickets to Seinfeld, did not receive, and were told the seller had sent them. Following that, we asked if the tickets could be re-issued, but were told no. Then COVID happened and they are rescheduling, and even with that we can’t get new tickets because it is required we have the original tickets or repost the tickets we bought on this platform to sell to someone else.

Purchased 4 tickets to Billie Eilish concert in Brooklyn in March 2020, which has been postponed indefinitely due to COVID-19. It has now been over 4 months since original concert date and still no reschedule date on horizon. Being in NY, this concert will likely not happen for 1 year or more from now. I requested a refund and they refused, even though TicketMaster offered refunds to the original ticket purchasers. Given the circumstances, at some point TickPick should do the right thing and eventually refund customers, but they will not. I will never purchase tickets from them again, and I would not recommend them to others. ** Reply to their response: You are “unable” to provide a refund, or choose not? I believe it is the latter. A temporary postponement is understandable, but the concert has been already been delayed for over 4 months and will likely not happen for a year or more from now. No live events with large crowds will happen in NYC anytime soon. Doing the right thing by your customers will gain you more loyal customers in the long-run. Being greedy and unreasonable will cause you to lose business.

My concert was cancelled and I was told I would be able to get a refund. They told me to wait 30 days and to keep an eye out for emails regarding my refund. Fast forward 30 days and still no refund or email. Unless you know for sure your event will not get cancelled I do not recommend purchasing tickets from this app. Just stick with Ticketmaster or stubhub, straight up.
