It’s ridiculous that they make you call to cancel subscription.

Every time I open the app it takes forever to load and then works for a few minutes before crashing. Doesn’t happen with android phone.

When all my other news apps are opening immediately NYT often fails to open or keeps me waiting. Frustrating.

Add me to those complaining about the location of the “Back Arrow”. Please put the “<“ consistently in the upper left where it belongs. That is where most all apps place it.

As the case with many comments here, I recognize the content as excellent. The problem is the movement of the navigation (back arrow) to the bottom left!!! Who reads on an iPad with their left hand at the bottom of the screen? The placement is out of step with every other reading app and even inconsistent with NYT internal use (when a selection sends one to NYT Cooking or to Wirecutter for instance). The result is an awkward, and always frustrating and disruptive, need to tilt or move the iPad or the hand holding it when changing the article being read. If this is not a design for one-handed iPhone reading, what is the point of it on an iPad? I’ve been living with the new design for months and the experience has not improved one iota with age or use. Please fix this!!!

25 updates in nine months for “bug fixes” really that’s more than Microsoft does with patch Tuesday. How about less ads!

The times app used to be easy to use. Now to get to the home page ypu have to press obscure arrows on the bottom of the page, sometimes several. Please fix this!
