Criteria
Some of the systems that are being called are not very responsive PayPal integration with slow response was unusual for PayPal. Took a while for the payment choice to draw/render. After the punch out it took a while to return. I almost canceled because I thought it timed out.

The Marysville store has got to be the best for in store customer service. They are so kind and so helpful. I drive an hour just to shop at Home Depot. Merchandise is top notch. Your store put Lowe’s to shame in all departments. I have a Lowe’s store in my town and drive right by to go to the Marysville store. Just ordered a chain saw. Thanks Home Depot. My first experience was in Florida 32 years ago.

I apply for a new account .. My order was $380, I should of got $50 off my order making it $330 but it did not do it. I’m very disappointed

I can never get military discount online and veterans parking is not available at Home Depot. All I hear from Home Depot is ‘sorry we don’t do that military discount online, you have to come in the store.’ Lowes has military parking and gives military discount as long as the app is being used. Step up your game Home Depot.

The app practically makes you jump through hoops to get the military discount. You have to go through 3 screens to get to it. They need to either create a barcode for the Wallet or place it on the App main screen.
