I love the HD mobile app. I save so much time in the store looking items up and getting the exact location and quantity in stock. I used spend a hour roaming around to find a single item. Thank you for solving that problem .

Wouldn’t let me use giftcard

Was excited to receive a coupon for $15 off of $100 to purchase an item I had been wanting, because I also got. Home Depot giftcard for Christmas. Wouldn’t let me use the giftcard and then pay the rest with my Home Depot credit card. Was kind of annoying.
Needs another update

After updating to version 7.2.0 on my iPad Pro, this app is painful to use. Why would you remove the search bar from the top of the app on every page except for the home page? That’s another click that someone is forced to make just to search again. Don’t force people to use the breadcrumb links to navigate the site. I’ll be using the website (in hopes it’s better than this) until this app is updated again.

There’s so many more products on the app than there are at the store by far. We try to buy from Home Depot because the owner supports President Trump. Having this easy to use app with so big of a selection makes it all the better. This time around it’s ceiling fans. We’ll be right back here for our next things.Maybe appliances. Glad to have this app around while we remodel our new winter getaway here in Arizona.

Tried to leave feedback using the in app feedback link but ironically that link doesn’t respond. Distance to stores mileage is way off when you go past 10 miles. Maybe the leading digits are truncated?
