The app kept dying, and I had to reload it 4 times before I could complete my purchase.
Receipts and orders not searchable, store delivery process poor
You can do better...
I really wish they would give a list of all products purchased in a neat way and then put the order number to the side. Just like Amazon does. HomeDepot's historical order lookup is very cumbersome. One needs to click and open each receipt to see what was purchased. All I'm saying is please ask your tech folks to use Amazon and replicate it while keeping in mind copyright etc. Also I would love to order for store pickup and then have an online way for the store to then deliver. Currently it is very painful to order and have someone deliver from the store.

Easy to find products. Love the list feature. Wish I could move items from shopping cart to list, rather than remove only. Would like to see access to Pro-X account in the app.

Did a huge whole house dehumidifier job and found most of the parts needed on this app. Easy to navigate and find products.
