Difficult to order online

I had a great deal of difficulty ordering this online, I spent over an hour and I finally gave up and did it their way. I couldn’t find out which store had the two items I wanted in stock out of five stores that are within 5 miles of my house. Very very frustrating.
Wrong phone number

No way to change phone number to get text message when item is in. The number listed is a land line.
Military Discount Barcode Difficult to Access

The military discount barcode is difficult to access (ie take many clicks to get to it) when you’re in line and your hands are full. Additionally, discount usually does not get applied! Beware!!!

I love using the Home Depot App because it’s fast and easy to use. It has many items that are not available in the store that can be shipped directly to your home. Many items are free shipping.

The app only let me make my purchase once I agreed to allow them to send me “discounts” information and their other sales pitches. Which I know that Home Depot is going to sell my information to everybody who will buy it. I should become one popular fellow in the next month. As anywhere from 2 dozen to thousands of vendors will be contacting me soon. It’s not enough that I just spent over $4k in one purchase. It’s not enough that I jumped through all your hoops. It’s not enough that I shop at Home Depot for most of my major purchases. Now they want my sanity too. There. How’s that for a review?
