So tired of all the data collecting. I just opened the app and it won’t let me in unless I agree to data collection. Nope.

I had a vinyl floor installed and it bubbled up. I talked to several people including the store manager and received no help. Now I have screws and washers holding the floor flat. I purchased the flooring, all new appliances, kitchen counters and tons of supplies from Home Depot and was treated like dirt. I still shop there regardless of how I was treated.

Everything in the app should be available everywhere

I use this frequently, especially when I’m at the store and need to find where something is. My biggest problem with it is that it returns way too many irrelevant products when I enter a search. It’s a big waste of time and I’ll often do a Google search via my phone’s browser to find the *exact* name of a product and or it’s product number so I can then find the product page on the HD app. The HD website search is the same level of weakness. Just in the last year or so, I’ve also noticed the keyboard freezing up on certain letters when I’m typing in the app. Also I can’t enter numbers. The “123” button on the iPhone doesn’t change the keyboard from letters to numbers. Very frustrating. More than once I’ve ended up buying something on Amazon which has a superior app and search function. I’m hoping HD can do better than this

I drove to 2 different locations because the app said x product was in stock and when I got to the store the product was NOT in stock! Do better Home Depot.

The app team took something that wasn’t broken and broke it. Items don’t load from Google like they previously did, and the menu bar at the bottom was perfectly functional as-is.

3 times my order was supposed to be $250. After a 25 dollar promo code what happened?

Easy navigation and usually free shipping. Once you get your info in it’s EZ to search and order. Very similar to Amzn.

One of the great feature of the old version is to see the order history. It gives the user the ability to see the progress of the current order and the ability to re-order. But now it’s unable to show order history. The recent changes broke the app and now it’s useless.
