Installed the latest update and even though I have selected “USE FACE ID” I am required to login with a email address and password. The 4.8 out of 5 rating can’t be correct.

Donna always makes me and my partners feel like our business is appreciated and she authentically cares. We will always shop Home Depot Rome, GA when working in town.

It’s ridiculous that because my phone number belonged to someone, I am not able to create an account. Don’t know what do I need to do to have Home Depot understand that the account with my number should be removed as I need to create an account.

I appreciate when I am in a store and search for an item updates to the app direct me to the exact location of items. However if I want to see the detail view of the products I can’t get it until I leave the store or look from home. Also, I am sure keeping up with inventory is a challenge but when one store is out another nearby maybe overstocked. You cannot find out from within a store.

I kept getting kicked out and I was just trying to check out. It does not seem to communicate well with my keychain passwords and there’s no Apple Pay feature

The orders page never loads. I have double checked to make sure my app is updated and it still won’t work.

I will forever be indebted to Homedepot for the kindness and expertise in the renovation of our local American Legion Post. They not only approved a grant to help with the renovation but also set up a crew of volunteers to come help with the renovation.I will never forget this kind of token, and their appreciation they had for us veterans. Thanks again Homedepot.

You guys had a great app until yesterday update. App is really slow. When you click on a Home Depot search you found on Google the app opens but doesn’t load the item. Please go back to the older version.
