Would be better with the military discount code in Apple wallet

Dash Cox

It’s a good app but they make it difficult to get the military QR code on your phone. You have to hunt through 5 to 8 menus just to get there. Not to mention if you get the in-store version you have to cancel it just to get to the military discount QR code. Why is it so difficult to get to it? Can’t you just give us A wallet app like Lowe’s does?

Trickier and Trickier

Tom3.1415926

I like straight forward, simple sales wherein both parties involved keep everything simple and wherein there is no deception or slieight of hand. In my opinion, this is becoming increasingly difficult with The Home Depot for me. If you want to sell me a product, don't add all manner Of complications in which the details are not clearly spelled out AHEAD of time.

Functional but clunky

Ridgewell

First, not everything in the store is found in the app. Second, search is broad match so it pulls in everything containing any one of the words you enter. Type in black caulk and you get black tile, black towels, black everything. That's the opposite of helpful.

Purchasing a major appliance

Really Glad

All security was super in protecting this BIG BOX hardware store item. It took no time for the two-source ID verification and I’m glad!

Veteran Discount Benefit

Atypical

I find.it hard to not know what I am getting a benefit on until I get the final receipt.
