I found this very frustrating. When using PayPal to buy a tool what a pain. I entered all my info signed in and did code with ph then had to do it several times for it to take. I think it is now done will see. This is supposed to be ease but it is not. Needs further refinement.

Home Depot and Citibank screwed over my credit score by closing an account they had no permission to close without giving me notice. Never get a credit card with Home Depot.

That title makes no sense on a review. It also makes no sense to tell me that’s the store that has the item I want in stock. The app should provide the address of the store, not HD’s internal name for the store which is useless to me. Preferably with a link to Apple/Google Maps to see the store location.

Two password resets. Had to switch to PC browser to change second time. Three attempts to use PayPal - who knows what happened to first two? Now I’ll have to go check on that. But of course, we’ve only had online shopping for what …? TWENTY-FIVE YEARS!!! We do seem to be going backwards, don’t we? Just the check out has taken me 30 minutes.
