I used to love this camera a ton and in a way I still do but the app cuts off on me all the time. It sometimes won’t show me recorded videos either. The camera is great for what I need it for but the app is what takes stars off.

I had an home invasion today he unplugged the WiFi which shut my camera off.. how can I get the footage since a. Intruder broke in.. it should be away i can see them before the WiFi went out t I’m getting rid of this minion

When I go to check the videos they won’t play back has a line thru them fix that I will give it a 5

I bought it and when I first got it I was pleased with it,But over time there is a delay in recording and notifying me that there was movement the sound has not been very good it cracks a lot when on live camera and using the talk back feature had been a hit or miss.

Someone keeps hacked big into my minion cam. And videos are constantly missing. My video comes on and off all by its self. And there’s interference. Plus a noise is on there. Like someone is breathing. It’s weird. If these problems can be addressed, then it would be a nice security camera. Thank yous for asking. 08/16/19 I still have problems with the minion tends cameras. I hear back ground noises that army coming from my house. It’s like someone is growling or breathing heavily. And at night time, the camera can’t see thru a window or a window screen neither. Those things need to be addressed. Thank yous. I do oppologize for the bad review on your product. But I am always honest about a product. That way yous can work on the problem to make it a better product. Thank yous for everything. Enjoy your day. As of 10/07/2019 I still can’t watch what’s going on at night time thru my camera when it’s night time. All my camera shows me is the camera lens thru the window. And there needs to be a better security setup on these tends cameras. Other than that we like the camera. And now it’s 10-8-2020 and someone is still hacking into my tends camera and erasing certain videos. My home is getting broken into and these people are erasing those videos. Please. Please help me stop these people and catch them. Please. Thank yous all so much. Other than that problem, my family and I love using the tends security camera. Thank yous again.

Stuartcam is usually reliable, but lately, it has not been recording, at all. This model included 24-hours free recording, and although now a discontinued model, I should think they wouldn’t deactivate the ability to record. A must be a TEND server problem?
Camera works great, but app is horrible

When I go to view recordings, they continuously load. Then I have to close app and then go back in to view recordings. If I view live and go to recorded videos I have to repeat process of closing app and then reopen it for my past recordings
