Upset Long Term Camera Customer / User

You guys stopped supporting my cameras and told me to get onto a secure app. I did that and now I have no cameras at all at my vacation home. I have 8 cameras and all of them are currently useless and proved to be a waste of money. I have no idea how to get them to work again and I have no one to call. Sad really.

Cameras worked well in the beginning. Now they have trouble staying connected to the internet. When they do connect the camera freezes and so does audio.

This app was good. No longer shows recorded video. Switch to Tend Secure app, works like it should.

I can’t view any footage from my camera anymore. It says it records but I can’t see anything. The color is almost in black in white. Day or night

Decent cam but the app is a pain. Every time You close it you have to reopen from scratch again and it takes a while to kick in.

Set up motion sensor and camera roll. But when I click on the tab it is just a white screen. Even when I get a notification about motion detected and go to view it doesn’t show up

This app started out as a iSecurity+. Then the company went in a crazy direction and upgraded all firmware’s to struggle with recording low light night scenes. Then to make it even worse, they turned all the recordings into recording your pets at home. This app is not designed to protect your home when cameras are placed facing outside or towards areas you want to protect. The mere fact that gathering videos Refers to watching your pets is a clear indicator that this app no longer cares about protecting your personal property
