For some reason I cannot access my recordings I have had this camera for two years with no problem! Help support just is a confusing circle!

Unable to review recorded events. I’ve had this camera for a few years now and never had a problem until Now. It’s useless if I can’t see what was recorded during the day. I deleted the app, reinstalled, setup the camera twice, and nothing.

I can not view the recorded events on my phone or iPad app. I have always been able to but now they just are not showing up. Needs an update.

We’ve had these cameras for a long time. The entire time they struggle to stay connected to the internet (nothing else in our home does and we have good internet). Now there there are no videos showing up at all for days. Contacted support and got no response.
Needs attention!

I would have givin 5 stars but I think the developers need to pay more attention to the updates and fix some of the bugs with the app!!! Other then that I love my minions
