I love my Tend camera! I have it set up to keep an eye on my lil’ bulldog when I’m not home. Best $50 I ever spent!

Someone keeps hacked big into my minion cam. And videos are constantly missing. My video comes on and off all by its self. And there’s interference. Plus a noise is on there. Like someone is breathing. It’s weird. If these problems can be addressed, then it would be a nice security camera. Thank yous for asking. 08/16/19 I still have problems with the minion tends cameras. I hear back ground noises that army coming from my house. It’s like someone is growling or breathing heavily. And at night time, the camera can’t see thru a window or a window screen neither. Those things need to be addressed. Thank yous. I do oppologize for the bad review on your product. But I am always honest about a product. That way yous can work on the problem to make it a better product. Thank yous for everything. Enjoy your day.

I bought this camera at Walmart for a think 40 bucks best deal ever. A friend at work uses it because her Sister is still her clothes. I bought it Because I have spirits in my home &I like the fact that there’s an infrared camera that picks up on all of the orbs that Activate this camera . I always tell everybody on the camera and to buy one because it’s the best 40 bucks. Thank you Deborah Miglorini

8/2019 update: Update forced me to re-enter login info, but it wouldn’t take it when entered. Now cannot get in at all. Update: got it figured out via the Isecurity website, but that could have been better spelled out. 2018: The latest update got rid of auto-play, which is such a basic function for any camera system. Shouldn’t have to press play to see a live shot. They also need a grid view, where all cameras (or perhaps up to four) are all visible at once. Another need is the ability to set up motion zones to reduce false alerts. Could eliminate a lot of alerts if areas of the screen could be excluded from motion. Cameras themselves are nice (I have Stuart Minion cams) and reliable, easy to set up. The app is where you will get let down, but on a positive note, they are updating it, even if the update was a step backwards for the end user. Will raise the review when future updates are done and the app goes back in the right direction for the customer. Hopefully Tend’s focus is on getting the live shots to actually be live. Edit: Thank you for responding, that kind of support is hard to come by nowadays. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the cameras, just would be nice to have a few basic things working as an end user (just see a live view, no play button and a motion field grid to eliminate motion where you don’t want it). Thank you though, appreciate the response!!! Keep making things better, it is appreciated!!
