The app crashes, freezes, and doesn’t load the current picture. The camera constantly disconnects from the router. When it literally is on the opposite side of the room. You’re better off on something more dependable!! DON’T RELY ON THE APP!!

When viewing events, it doesn’t show up with the actual video. Its starting with a blank screen. What’s going on with this??

The last update killed this camera and app. You now can’t do anything unless you pay for the service. No more camera settings or functionality that existed previously (enable/disable, sensitivity, two way functions, etc.) Now it is just a camera that you have to turn on to view. UNLESS, you subscribe for $9.99 a month. I mean really? Thanks for ruining a great camera system. You lost a fan.

This is a great and easy-to-use app. The one issue I have is that the automatic night vision doesn’t work: it’s always off when it’s on auto, so I have to change it manually. This may be a hardware problem, though.

At least once a day it gives me the spinning wheel of death and then separately the sound will just go out and the picture freezes.

House sitting, using the app for the camera and it disconnected from the app 3 days in and I’m 1 hour away.
