The filter is gone that controls what recordings you can see. I can only see the recordings I had it sorted by before the update.

Constantly unplugging and re plugging camera and it rated ways too long to reconnect or it doesn’t reconnect.

Has worked fine for a long time. All cameras are working and will show live, but I try to see what went on while I was away and nothing for any cameras. Yes it’s set up correctly

I cannot get this app to work right now, a few weeks ago my backup phone that I use to monitor so I don’t wear down my reg phone battery too quickly stopped allowing me to view any recorder events footage on a iPhone 6 , it notifies but won’t let videos show up so I can’t see anything going on. Now as of today I can’t view them on my regular phone a iPhone XS. I even logged out and change settings and even removed the app and reinstalled, got a notification of movement but cannot get any video to show just a blank screen and nothing to click on. So these cameras are pretty useless unless I’m staring at it all day long which I don’t have time for. Negative stars until they fix this issue. They also have constant issues staying connected, like the WiFi connection is so week yet I can get my WiFi all the way into my garage on my phone and these cameras are placed between the garage and the house and barely get the signal. They’re way too much money for all these problems.
