This is a wonderful app the only flaw is when using fantag the band width is not great. Other than that is wonderful.

There are discrepancies between the iPhone app and the Droid app. As a team owner, I can’t view important documents of my players like I can on the website or Android users can. The app is great for team communication, schedules and such. But all features available on the website should be available on both apps.

How is there not a phone number to contact customer support?! $800 of our teams money is not being deposited to our account because for some reason it’s restricted. When I respond to the email with the info they ask to fix the problem is says it doesn’t read emails to that address! What the hell?!

Overall great app, but...

After the most recent update the app only loads about 1 out of 10 tries. Every time I try to close the app and reopen, it shows me regular “feed” but it’s entirely blank. If I click on schedule, nothing shows up. It’s just an empty white screen. Same with messages. Nothing populates. I wonder if the tested their update. Seems there quite a lot of people complaining after the most recent update.
Ok but worthless bug fix comments

This app is OK but I hate the developer notes on bug fixes. You really can’t tell from their notes what bugs have been addressed. They waste space with stupid comments trying to be funny.

This does most of what we need for our Girl Scout Troop and parents were already suing it for team sports in town. It does crash occasionally and sometimes not all the dates load, but a restart usually works. 1. Would love a feature that allows people to vote — mostly on preferred dates for a planned event. I end up doing this outside of TeamSNAP with a Google Form. 2. Would also be nice to have it set to automatically remind people to RSVP to an event if they haven’t done so by a certain date.
