Could be better

As a soccer mom of 2, I generally enjoy this app. I subscribe to both teams calendars and it’s very convenient. However our club likes to add additional events to all team calendars like tryouts, adult league games, get together etc. so I get double the updates and my personal calendar is completely spammed. Please add an option to the app to decline events so they don’t show up on the calendar.
Used to love before most recent update

I have used the free and pay version for years. Loved it. The most recent update where you don’t allow availability tracking in the free version is annoying!! That’s why we used it. Now to have to pay for 5 kids to track availability for practice is insane!! I pay for 2 other groups because we have a lot more kids. I recommended this app before but will not now!!! Go back to free availability tracking!!
App update not working

I received a message that "You must update the app to receive or send messages." Yet every attempt to update the app failed. Every way to update does not work.

Overall I use TeamSnap quite a bit and like it! There is one flaw I would like to see the developers improve. As a coach I send emails, usually lengthy, and it doesn’t save at all along the way. When proofreading, I have several times exited the email accidentally and lost it! There has got to be a way we can preserve the message until we are ready to send.
Please add a ‘delete’ option

My chats are piling up! I contacted their customer support a couple of months ago & was told I could not delete anything (!). Really?!?! This makes this app a bit of a pain administratively for me — please add this feature in so I can clean out old stuff. Thank you.

I’ve used this app every season for baseball and now it’s messing up. Won’t send out invites and keeps switching out this one parents name with mine as the owner of the team. It’s driving me insane! I’ve deleted the kid from the roster and re added him and his moms info and changes the name back to mine and it STILL keeps switching it!

Wish you could have capacity for more team members. Also the mobile app is almost easier than web. Why can’t you do all the same?
